Delivery Information

• Please check that your name and address details are printed correctly in the “delivery address” section. If you would like the cards to be delivered to a different address, please attach this to your order.
• Fill in the quantities of items required, calculate Sub-Total and then add the Postage and Packing cost from the table. 
• If you would like to kindly add a donation, please enter this in the donation box, and don’t forget to sign the gift aid declaration, to make your donation worth 25% more if you are a taxpayer.
• Add together the Sub-Total, P&P and Donation boxes and complete the Grand Total box.
• Please cross Cheques and make payable to “The Children’s Society” or complete the credit card section. Please also fill in your contact telephone number in case we need to contact you regarding an order.
